Flood Advisory issued April 28 at 7:30PM CDT until April 28 at 10:30PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Ottawa, Rogers, Tulsa and Wagoner. * WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 729 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
