Flood Watch issued April 27 at 12:29PM CDT until April 28 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Norman OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Cleveland, Coal, Garvin, Hughes, Jefferson, Johnston, Lincoln, Love, Marshall, McClain, Murray, Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole and Stephens and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer and Clay. * WHEN...Through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall is possible from repeated rounds of thunderstorms. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
