Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Interstate 90 has been closed due to flood waters. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Austin, Grand Meadow, Le Roy, Adams, Brownsdale, Lyle, Rose Creek, Lansing, Racine, Mayville, Dexter, Mapleview, Elkton, Taopi, Renova, Johnsburg, and Interstate 90. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
