Multiple storms may impact the same areas already hard hit from earlier today. These locations won't need more than a quarter to half inch to result in flash flooding. Slow moving storms have the potential to drop 2 inches per hour. Extensive and potentially life-threatening flash flooding is possible. Flash Flood Warnings are likely to be issued later this evening. * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Minnesota, including the following areas, Anoka, Blue Earth, Carver, Dakota, Faribault, Freeborn, Goodhue, Hennepin, Le Sueur, McLeod, Nicollet, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sibley, Steele, Waseca, Washington and Wright and west central Wisconsin, including the following areas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce and St. Croix. * WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
