Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Henderson and Des Moines Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Burlington. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Agricultural flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The river is slowly falling. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 14.8 feet Friday evening. The river will rise back to flood stage Monday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
