Conditions improve this evening and then redevelop late Sunday morning, continuing into Sunday evening. Winds look to be weaker on Sunday everywhere, with the strongest winds persisting north of Galena. * WINDS...East 10 to 20 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph through this evening. * HUMIDITY...As low as 24 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Highs in the upper 70s. * IMPACTS...Rapid ignition, growth and spread of fires will be possible. A Red Flag Warning means that conditions are occurring or will occur which could lead to the development of large and dangerous fires.
