ฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณ ที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบน ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนล่าง ทะเลมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

Heavy Rain The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers the upper Northeast of Thailand. Isolated heavy rains are forecastin the country and isolated very heavy rains are possible in the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast) including Bangkok and its vinicity. People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All transport takes more caution when traveling through the thundershowers areas. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high, about 1 meter high in the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
